This training series for office management is structured sequentially to aid in the development of consistent and effective management techniques for the purpose of building a strong staff, clientele, and practice revenue.
Staff Training Program Review (included with the Staff Training Program package):
One – 30 minute review with management per month to discuss how the staff is performing in the training sessions, applying what they learn, and demonstrating effective use of the information delivered during the training. This is an opportunity for an objective assessment of their compliance.

1 hour sessions for up to 3 attendees.
